3. Usage
Personal use only! You can use your commission as icons, banners, or print it for yourself, but no commercial use or reselling.

4. Edits & Refunds
Minor changes are expected through the process but major changes after final approval may cost extra!
No refunds after ive started the linework, Full refund if I havent started
5. Artist Rights
I reserve the right to post your commission on my socials unless you opt out. If you’d like it kept private, it’s an additional +$5.
For NSFW commissions, I’ll always ask your permission before sharing.
6. Adopts
Personal use only by default buying an adopt gives you rights for personal use (art, stories, posting, etc.), not commercial use.
Commercial use requires a contract anything for profit (merch, games, paid content) must be discussed and paid for separately.
Payment & claiming all adopts are paid upfront in USD via PayPal invoice, and are claimed through DMs or listings.
Credit is required you must always credit me as the artist whenever you share the design, and you can’t claim the artwork as your own.
You own the character with limits you can use, modify (within reason), and transfer the character, but not for harmful content or rule-breaking use.
Resale rules you can resell the design, but you can only increase the price if extra art has been added to the character (within limits), and NFTs are not allowed.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON!
